StockYard Research is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (INH000019220) and provides research-based market information, reports, and recommendations strictly for informational purposes. We do not offer investment advice, portfolio management, execution services, or any guarantee or assurance of returns. All trading and investment decisions are taken by the client at their own risk, and market losses, if any, shall be solely borne by the client.

Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC)

(Forming part of the Terms & Conditions for Research Services)

• The Research Analyst (RA) provides research services only and does not execute or carry out trades on behalf of clients.
• Clients are strictly advised not to authorise the RA to trade on their behalf.
• Fees charged shall be within limits prescribed by SEBI / RAASB. Currently, the limit for Individual and HUF clients is ₹1,51,000 per annum per family, excluding statutory charges. This limit does not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
• Fees may be charged in advance as per SEBI norms (currently up to one year). In case of early termination, the client is entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unexpired period only.
• Payments shall be made only through banking channels such as cheque, online transfer, UPI, etc. Cash payments are not permitted.
• Clients may opt to pay through CeFCoM, the centralized fee collection mechanism managed by BSE (RAASB).
• The RA shall disclose and mitigate any actual or potential conflicts of interest as per SEBI and RAASB regulations.
• Guaranteed, assured, or fixed return schemes are strictly prohibited by law.
• Investments based on research recommendations are subject to market risks, and decisions shall be made by clients at their own discretion.
• SEBI registration, RAASB enlistment, MITC, or NISM certification do not assure performance or returns.

Clients must keep their registered email ID and mobile number updated at all times. The Research Analyst shall never ask for login credentials, passwords, or OTPs of Trading, Demat, or Bank accounts. Clients must never share such details with anyone.
