Refund & Cancellation Policy
At StockYard Research, all sales are
final. No refunds shall be provided for
the period during which Research Services have already been availed.
Any dissatisfaction regarding the quality, accuracy, performance, or
outcome of the research services shall not entitle the client to a refund
or compensation.
Clients are expressly advised that StockYard Research
does not provide any assurance, guarantee, or promise of returns on any
research recommendations.
Cancellation & Refund as per SEBI Guidelines
- Refunds shall be applicable only for the unused portion of the subscription period.
- The refund amount shall be calculated strictly on a pro-rata basis.
- Charges for services already availed shall be deducted along with:
- Applicable taxes
- Administrative or processing charges (if any)
- No refund shall be provided for services already delivered, irrespective of:
- Client satisfaction level
- Market performance
- Trading losses
- Outcome of trades executed based on research recommendations
- Refund requests made solely due to unfavourable market movements or trading losses shall not be entertained.
Refund Request Procedure
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing only.
- The request must be sent from the client’s registered email ID.
- The request must clearly mention:
- Subscription details
- Reason for cancellation
- If found eligible, the refund amount shall be credited to the original payment source
within 30 days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid request.
Risk Acknowledgement
- Trading and investing in the securities market are subject to market risks, including possible loss of capital.
- Past performance of research recommendations does not guarantee future results.

By proceeding with payment, the client expressly confirms that they have
